Cloudbeds integrations and custom software for hospitality.

We build the software around your property management system: booking websites, guest apps, operations tools and integrations that connect Cloudbeds to the rest of your business — so your team stops copying information between systems.

  • Built on the Cloudbeds API, live in production
  • Multiple properties, one connected system
  • Independent studio — not affiliated with Cloudbeds

Where hospitality teams get stuck.

The PMS holds the data, but your team still re-types it

Reservations live in the property management system, yet guest details, arrival times and requests are copied into spreadsheets, chats and other tools by hand.

Guest communication runs on ad-hoc messages

Pre-arrival information, check-in details and in-stay requests are scattered across WhatsApp, email and OTA inboxes, with no structured flow tied to the booking.

Your direct-booking experience feels generic

The booking path on your own website doesn’t reflect how your property sells — specific room types, stay lengths or rate plans — so guests drift back to third-party channels.

Nobody has one view of how the properties are doing

Occupancy, revenue and operational tasks are spread across exports and reports from different systems, assembled by hand every week.

What we build around your PMS.

Focused pieces of software, connected where data needs to flow — not one oversized system.

Cloudbeds API integrations

Reading availability, rates and reservation data from Cloudbeds and passing it to the software that needs it — with access scoped to what each integration requires.

Direct-booking websites

Booking pages on your own website connected to live Cloudbeds availability, designed around the way your property actually sells.

PMS-connected guest apps

Web apps guests open from a personal link, driven by their reservation, for pre-arrival information, in-stay requests and post-stay follow-up.

Booking and availability workflows

Rules and automations around bookings — what to show, when to notify the team, what to prepare before arrival — on top of what the PMS does natively.

Operations dashboards

A single view of arrivals, departures, occupancy and open tasks across properties, built for the people who run the day.

Reporting and reconciliation

Automated reports from reservation data, and checks that bookings, payments and records agree across the systems you use.

Custom hospitality management tools

Internal tools for the workflows no off-the-shelf product covers — housekeeping, maintenance, long-stay management, owner or investor reporting.

Connecting the PMS to the rest of the business

Moving data between Cloudbeds and your CRM, accounting, messaging or marketing tools, so information is entered once.

Running in production at Satori.

Satori operates several hospitality properties on Koh Phangan, Thailand, on Cloudbeds. We designed and built its connected systems:

  • A direct-booking website whose booking pages are integrated with Cloudbeds, so guests check availability and book directly.
  • A guest app opened from a personal link and driven by live reservation data, for pre-arrival, in-stay and post-stay communication.
  • An internal admin hub, and an investment platform and CRM with an investor portal.

Transparency: Satori isn’t an outside client. Our founder, Elad Elizov, is Satori’s CTO and partner and leads its technology.

How an integration project runs.

  1. 01

    Conversation

You describe the property, the systems you use and what isn’t working. We ask how the work actually happens day to day.

  2. 02

    Integration review

We check what the Cloudbeds API and your other systems allow, map how data should flow, and give you a written scope before any build work starts.

  3. 03

    Build in small steps

We build and test in increments, against a test property or sandbox where one is available, and show working software early.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

We deploy, document how everything connects, monitor the first weeks, and stay available to extend the system as you grow.

Questions

Something else? Ask us directly.

Are you a Cloudbeds partner?

No. We’re an independent software studio, not affiliated with or certified by Cloudbeds. We build on the Cloudbeds API using the access your property grants, as we do for Satori’s properties.

Do we need to replace Cloudbeds or change how we use it?

No. Cloudbeds stays the source of truth for reservations. Our software reads from it, adds the workflows it doesn’t cover, and keeps your other systems consistent with it.

Could an integration change or break our existing reservations?

We design integrations to be read-only by default. Anything that writes back to the PMS is an explicit, agreed feature with safeguards and logging — never a side effect.

What access do you need?

API access authorised from your Cloudbeds account for the specific properties involved, plus access to the other systems being connected. We don’t need staff logins, and access can be revoked at any time.

We use a different PMS. Can you still help?

Our production experience is with Cloudbeds. For another PMS we’d start by reviewing its API and documentation, and tell you plainly what’s feasible before you commit to anything.

How is a project priced?

After the integration review you get a written scope. Pricing follows that scope, so you know what you’re agreeing to before the build starts.

Have a property system that should do more?

Tell us which systems you run and where the manual work is. We’ll tell you what’s practical to connect or build — and what isn’t worth it.
