About
A technical operating partner, not a software agency.
We design and implement the operational infrastructure that serious businesses run on.
Principal
Elad Elizov
Elad is a senior full-stack engineer, ex-Microsoft, and current CTO & partner at Satori — a hospitality and real estate operation on Koh Phangan where he designed and built the complete operational infrastructure from the ground up.
His background spans backend architecture, product strategy, cybersecurity, and hands-on systems implementation. He works at the intersection where business operations and technical architecture meet — which is where the most expensive decisions tend to get made.
Production work spans:
- Property management system selection, setup, and integration
- Real estate investment platforms and sales pipeline systems
- Guest experience systems and pre/post-stay communication flows
- Booking infrastructure and channel management
- Internal operational tooling and admin platforms
- Multi-property operations design and implementation
- Workflow automation and process coordination
- Custom client management and business intelligence systems
Why Raul exists
Most operational businesses outgrow their tools before they outgrow their ambitions.
Raul Software Services Limited is a Hong Kong-registered company that designs and builds operational systems for hospitality, real estate, and operations-heavy businesses.
Most businesses that come to us have the same problem in different forms: they've grown past what their current tools can support, but they've been operating in patch mode — adding software, building workarounds, and accumulating technical debt rather than designing the infrastructure properly.
We are not a software agency, a website studio, or a generic development shop. We think operationally — about how the business runs, what the system needs to do, and how to build it in a way that holds at scale. Then we build it.
How we work
The principles behind every engagement.
01
Understand the business before the software
Technology decisions should follow operational logic, not precede it. We spend time understanding how the operation actually works — the workflows, the constraints, the decision-making structure — before making any recommendations.
02
Design the architecture before writing a line of code
Systems built without a clear architecture are rebuilt. Every engagement starts with a precise picture of what needs to exist, how the pieces connect, and what the data flows look like. This prevents the expensive rebuilds we've been hired to fix.
03
Build for the people who have to run it
Operational systems are only as good as the adoption they earn. We build for the people who will use these systems day-to-day — not to impress in a demo, not to maximize tech stack complexity, but to make the operation actually work.
04
Stay involved when the work requires it
For complex businesses, a one-time delivery is rarely the right model. We offer fractional technical partnership for businesses that need continued involvement — roadmap guidance, system evolution, and ongoing technical decision-making.
